WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON GUESS WATCHES?
We offer a Two Year Warranty on all purchases made from July 1st, 2017. Any purchases made prior to July 1st, 2017 hold a 10 Year Limited Warranty. In the event of a defect or malfunction within the warranty period from date of purchase, your watch will be repaired or replaced, at our option. The limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse or water damage and excludes batteries, case, strap or bracelet; does not cover costs, parts or labor, shipping & handling, defects or damage caused by any source other than GUESS Watches. Proof of purchase is required for all Warranty Repairs.

ARE GUESS WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?
Water resistant: Withstands splashes of water or rain; do not submerge
3 atm/30m/100 ft.: Rain, do not submerge
5 atm/50m/165 ft.: Rain, showering do not submerge
10atm/100m/330ft.: Rain, showering, swimming
Watches will withstand Water Resistance as long as the crystal, crown, push buttons, case and gaskets remain intact. Care and safety: do NOT operate crown or buttons when watch is wet or submerged.

WHAT IF MY WATCH REQUIRES SERVICE?
WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS USED TO MAKE GUESS WATCHES?
The most commonly used materials to make GUESS Watches are stainless steel, brass and genuine leather.
All Guess Leather straps are Genuine Leather
All Denim Straps have a Genuine Leather Backing
Leather/Denim straps should not be submerged in water
Rubber / Silicone Straps
Rubber/Silicone straps are water resistant, but should not be submerged in water for extended periods of time.
Do NOT expose straps to gases or chemicals (Ex: fragrance sprays, detergents, insecticides, etc.) Stains made by dye, paints and oily substances may be difficult to remove. Due to the composition of the material, straps may harden or discolor after extensive use.
Watches are marked Water Resistant from 3ATM to 10ATM only as long as lens, buttons, crown, case, caseback and gaskets remain intact. Do NOT operate crowns or buttons when the watch is wet or under water.
Always wipe watch dry after being exposed to water.
