But gold glitter is having such a moment right now that the decision to go with a metallic foil was easy–-and easy on the wallet.

Using gold foil glitter, fabric glue and Diamond Dust that I already owned ($15), the transformation to the perfect party top was in effect in four quick steps.
After waiting a few days for the glitter to set, I played around with my new top and discovered it works just as well on its own as it does underneath a sweater–-so chic.
